Things about me: I do work alot and have done over the last 10 years. I like to think am I a positive person, full of ambition, very creative and have a good sense of humour. I want to really help as many people as humanly possible and am always working towards this

Why do you work in care?
My parents owned a struggling care home for 15 years. I joined 8 years ago with no experience to help turn it around. I fell in love with the work and built great relationships with residents and coworkers. Leading the service allowed me to use my creative skills and contributed to our success. It’s been the best decision of my life

Why do you work in care?
I was looking after my mum and this made me want to care for others. I was also interested in mental health nursing. At Lee Mount we provide EMI care, this would have been a stepping stone in that direction, but since being here I’ve not looked back

Why do you work in care?
