Creepy & Curious Visitors at Our Care Home
This Monday was full of excitement as we welcomed ZooLab into our home for a truly unforgettable animal encounter.
Residents had the chance to get up close with some amazing creatures — from giant cockroaches and frogs to snakes, stick insects, millipedes, and even a tarantula! The session was not just about looking; it was hands-on, giving everyone the opportunity to learn, touch, and experience the animals in a safe and fun way.
The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of bravery. Some residents surprised even themselves by holding animals they never thought they would, while others enjoyed simply watching and listening to the fascinating facts shared by the ZooLab team.
These moments sparked conversations, brought back memories, and created a sense of wonder and joy that will be remembered for a long time. Activities like this don’t just entertain — they build confidence, encourage curiosity, and give residents something truly special to share with friends and family.
